We had a great meeting Thursday July 29.

Bruce Hager was the Toastmaster - he shared secrets about all of us and we had to guess which secret belonged to who.

Karen Kenner gave a speech in the entertaining speaker advanced manual entitled Kenner's are not sportsmen.

Sharon Aaron evaluated Karen's speech

Kim Cobler was table topics master where the theme was quotes from Benjamin Franklin.  Dave Garbrecht won best table topic.

We had two guests

Business Meeting Notes:

1. All were reminded of the picnic at Murray park July 31.
2. Backups for the secretary and public relations VP were requested.  Thanks to Doug Woodall for volunteering to back up the secretary and Dustin Telford to help with public relations.
3. Reminder the club contest will be the last Thursday in August.

Thank you Kim for sharing the meeting notes with everyone. I am sure that members who can't attend a meeting are going to appreciate these updates so they know what happened at the last meeting.
